ITINERARY
Day 01 CUSCO
On your arrival our
representative will take you to your hotel to enjoy a cup of the
famous “mate de coca” (infusion based on coca leaves) In the
afternoon we invite you get acquainted with the capital of the Inkas:
Cusco, we begin our tour with a visit to the Temple of the Sun
Qoricancha, then we will see the Cathedral of Cusco, enjoy the more
than 300 paintings done by the local indians, after this tour we
take you to visit the imposing temple of Sacsayhuaman and its nearby
ruins Kenko, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. Overnight at hotel in
Cusco.
Day 02: Machu Picchu
The great day has arrived, we
head to Poroy where you will take your train to Aguas Calientes,
once there take the local bus for a 25 minutes ride to get to
the great Inca city: Machu Picchu, one of the new 07 Wonders of
the World. We will give a tour by the inkan streets and show you
interesting places like the Temple of the Sun, the shrine of the
Pachamama, Quarries, the Solar Clock or Intihuatana, among
others amazing places, after the tour you will have your own
time to enjoy Machu Picchu. In the afternoon you will have a
train ride back to Ollantaytambo and from the train station we
will transport you on a private car back to the Hotel. Overnight
at hotel in Cusco.
Day 03: CUSCO
Early in the morning we will
transfer you to the airport for your flight to Lima.
